SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on all orders over R900. For orders under R900, a flat rate of R99 will be charged. Our shipping time is between 2-7 business days and provide tracking information once the order has been shipped. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Damaged Orders: All About Art store will provide a full refund/replacement if:

– Orders arrived damaged.

​

– Order arrived damaged but the customer doesn’t want the replacement to be sent.

​

– For electronic products, customer should open the dispute in 7 days after received.

​

– For ordinary products, customer should open the dispute in 3 days after received.

​

– Photos of the damaged item to prove damage.

>> The products might need to be returned to All About Art store.

2. Bad Quality: All About Art store check most of the items before shipping them out.

​

– Imperfections such as bad sewing, incorrect size/color, parts missing, not working etc.

​

– For electronic products, customer should open the dispute in 7 days after received.

​

– For ordinary products, customer should open the dispute in 3 days after received.

​

– Photos of the items received from buyer to prove imperfections.

​

3. Delivery Countries Limits: Because of international shipping method ability limits, some of the shipping countries is pretty hard to be delivered.

All About Art store will not accept any dispute about delivery once order dispatched if ship to countries below:

You can still open a dispute with reasons except for delivery as usual.

7. The Dispute Which is not All About Art store Faults: we'll not accept any disputes that customer received with reasons as below, we'll ship the correct products that most of our customers like it, and also it is approved by you.

– The buyer does not like it.

​

– Products smell unusual.

​

– The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.

​

– The shipping address provided incorrectly.

​
